Coaches:
Our South End Hurricanes insurance is a group coverage. Each team will receive a certificate adding the team to the policy. The additional insured is covered under the second document which shows each location we have coverage for currently.
If you don't see your facility and/or location listed, then you will need to let me know so that I can get them added. These additional insureds need to cover your practice fields, game fields and tournaments (you will need to take with you when registering). It takes 24-48 hours to turn these additional insureds around - so don't procrastinate getting them to me. :o)
Provide your school district, parks, etc. with a copy of your team certificate and a copy of the master additional insured. If the park or school requires an endorsement, that will also need to be requested - so let me know.
Please make sure you keep this email - and copies in your book, etc. (Copies Available for download in "Downloads" tab of website)
